Carl Gibboney
His first position in the toy industry was in 1967 when he began working part-time for Zody’s. In 1969 he took a position with White Front Stores as Asst. Buyer and in 1972 he moved into sales with Kohler Brothers. During the 70’s and 80’s he moved around quite a bit, but always remaining in the toy business. Eventually he took the position of Sales Director for the May Cheong Group, parent company for Maisto. He remained at Maisto until his retirement.

Mannie Luhn
Mannie began his career in the toy business in 1939 working for his family’s business. He was age 14 at the time and did not like it since he never got paid. At age 21 and after WWII he joined Birdies. In 1968 and at the age of 43 he opened Jeffrey’s remaining there until his retirement in 1990.
