ToyFest Exhibitor Value
ToyFest is the most cost-effective toy show your company will participate in….anywhere. As a non-profit corporation, WTHRA’s sole purpose is to produce ToyFest with no agenda to profit financially. Exhibitors are assured sufficient space to effectively showcase their collections.
The Expo at World Market Center Las Vegas is a newly opened, purpose-built tradeshow facility in downtown Las Vegas providing added benefits for ToyFest attendees to have access to some cross-over gift and accessory lines presented at the World Market Centers permanent showrooms.

ToyFest offers many opportunities to help you get your company name in front of the Buyers. Our main objective is to foster successful business relationships between reps, manufactures and independent retailers. Your sponsorship or ad in the show directory will not only help us to create an enjoyable and productive show for everyone involved but will help turn your dollars into ROI. ROI on ToyFest is not only about the numbers in the 3-day show it’s also about the orders that are made in the months after ToyFest, the leads obtained for the entire year, the catalogs that retailers use for the next few months and the presence that reps and manufacturers have at the show that make relationships for years to come.
Booth, Size, and Specifics
Each 10′ x 10′ booth includes a 3′ high side pipe and drape and an 8′ high back-wall draping, (1) draped table (your choice of 4′, 6′ or 8′), (2) chairs, a wastebasket, a booth sign, and free unsecured wifi. ToyFest will pay for your first 200 lbs. of billable drayage as well as the first 200 lbs. cart service from the loading dock to your booth. If you are new to ToyFest, please fill out a new exhibitor form to be pre-approved to participate. If you are a returning exhibitor, please log in to the exhibitor portal to register.
Build Long-Standing Relationships
We hope that all exhibitors will be able to join us for the many social events connected with the show, including the Annual Hall of Fame Awards Gala, Morning Masterpieces for those that sell crafts/kits, and the fun-filled Toyfest Game Night. Don’t miss this rare opportunity to spend quality time with many of the retail buyers that attend this show!
Morning Masterpieces Craft Session
This event kicks off ToyFest with a breakfast gathering and craft session. It is limited to 15 craft/kit vendors. No more than two crafts/kits per table. Please add a Morning Masterpieces Table to your exhibitor portal and submit it with full payment. Game Night at ToyFest
This event is limited to 12-14 game vendors based on submitting the game for pre-approval. No more than two games per table. Please add a Game Night Table to your exhibitor portal and submit it with full payment. The exhibitor registration is available online to potential exhibitors in the fall. An email will be sent, or returning exhibitors may log in to the exhibitor portal. If you are new to ToyFest, please fill out a new exhibitor form to be approved and placed on the mailing list.
To qualify as an exhibitor, your status, i.e., manufacturer, wholesaler, importer, representative, etc., as well as the lines you represent or manufacturing company, will have to be provided.
A LINK TO YOUR WEBSITE AND A COPY OF YOUR BROCHURE OR CATALOG ILLUSTRATING YOUR PRODUCT(S) MUST BE SUBMITTED ALONG WITH THE NEW EXHIBITOR FORM, ENABLING THE SHOW COMMITTEE TO REACH A DECISION REGARDING YOUR ELIGIBILITY. All merchandise shown must be toys, juveniles, games, hobbies, sporting goods, gifts, education, Halloween, or related items that are in production and can be offered for sale at the retail level.
A MANUFACTURER AND HIS REPRESENTATIVE MAY NOT BOTH SHOW THE SAME PRODUCT IN THE SHOW. Only qualified companies may participate as exhibitors. Exhibitors are on a seniority system, with space being assigned in accordance with the length of years in the show. New exhibitors will be placed on a first-come-first-serve basis. Booth placements will begin in December. REGISTER EARLY.
A list of sales representatives is available upon request to manufacturers who are interested in obtaining a rep to show their product at the show.
