ToyFest Exhibitor Value

ToyFest is the most cost-effective toy show your company will participate in….anywhere. As a non-profit corporation, WTHRA’s sole purpose is to produce ToyFest with no agenda to profit financially. Exhibitors are assured sufficient space to effectively showcase their collections.

 

Convenience

The Expo at World Market Center Las Vegas is a multi-purpose built tradeshow facility in downtown Las Vegas providing added benefits for ToyFest attendees to have access to some cross-over gift and accessory lines presented at the World Market Centers permanent showrooms.

Sponsorships & Advertising at ToyFest

ToyFest is produced by the Western Toy & Hobby Representatives Association, whose objective is to foster successful business relationships between reps, manufactures and independent retailers. Generous sponsorships help us to create an enjoyable and productive show for everyone involved.  ROI at ToyFest is not only about the numbers in the 3-day show it’s also about the orders that are made in the months after ToyFest, the leads obtained for the entire year, the catalogs that retailers use for the next few months and the presence that reps and manufacturers have at the show that make relationships for years to come. ~Sandy Lepire, ToyFest President

Booth, Size, and Specifics

Each 10′ x 10′ booth includes a 3′ high side pipe and drape and an 8′ high back-wall draping, (1) draped table (your choice of 4′, 6′ or 8′), (2) chairs, a wastebasket, a booth sign, free unsecured wifi, and 2 badges. ToyFest will pay for your first 200 lbs. of billable drayage as well as the first 200 lbs. cart service from the loading dock to your booth. If you are new to ToyFest, please fill out a new exhibitor form to be pre-approved to participate. If you are a returning exhibitor, please log in to the exhibitor portal to register.
Each 10x10 space = 2 badges (Ex: a 10x20 booth = 4 badges)

Each Landing Pad = 1 badge
Each Showroom Package = 1 badge

Landing Pad / Half Booth

The Landing Pad is for Reps who would like to attend the show and have a working space to meet with customers and advertise their company. A Landing Pad will not be a location to show product, but a Half Booth will be allowed to show product.

The Landing pad or half booth will come with a table, 2 chairs, an 11×17 company sign and one badge. Company Details will be included in the Show Directory and the Online Floorplan.  

A badge/ToyFest All Access Pass gives you, entrance to the show and showrooms, shuttle access, and entrance to the Gala happening at Resorts World on Thursday, Feb 20 at Resorts World at 7:00 PM in the Lily Ballroom.

Showroom Participation Package

ToyFest is offering Showrooms and its Vendors the opportunity to capitalize on advertising and marketing around ToyFest to showcase your location in Building C.

Showroom principal must purchase this package. Multiple packages can be purchased to list each line. Not open for vendors to purchase individually.

A Showroom Package includes the following:

  1. Location and listing on the online floorplan.
  2. A Directory listing (each line paid for will be listed under the showroom name).
  3. Show Special in the Directory for each line who purchased a showroom package.
  4. Directional signage with location in the garage corridor, floor signage leading to your showroom and at the entrance to the showroom.
  5. One (1) Badge/ToyFest All Access pass (includes entrance to the Expo Hall and showrooms, shuttle access, and entrance to the ToyFest Gala happening at Resorts World on Thursday, Feb 20 at 7:00 PM in the Lily Ballroom).
  6. Pre-show Advertising and Marketing to the Retailers who attend ToyFest, starts in June.

A showroom requesting a booth on the floor will be allowed to list four lines per booth.

Morning Masterpieces Craft Session

This event kicks off ToyFest with a breakfast gathering and craft session. It is limited to 15 craft/kit vendors. No more than two crafts/kits per table. Please add a Morning Masterpieces Table to your exhibitor portal and submit it with full payment. For more information, look in the resources area of the exhibitor portal online, or contact Carrie Scanlan, Show Director.

Game Night 1

Game Night at ToyFest

This event is limited to 18 game vendors based on submitting the game for pre-approval. No more than two games per table. Please add a Game Night Table to your exhibitor portal and submit it with full payment. Based on a lottery after the first 10 forms are received.

Qualifications

The exhibitor registration is available online to potential exhibitors in the fall. An email will be sent, or returning exhibitors may log in to the exhibitor portal. If you are new to ToyFest, please fill out a new exhibitor form to be approved and placed on the mailing list.

Eligibility Criteria

To qualify as an exhibitor, your status, i.e., manufacturer, wholesaler, importer, representative, etc., as well as the lines you represent or manufacturing company, will have to be provided.

A LINK TO YOUR WEBSITE AND A COPY OF YOUR BROCHURE OR CATALOG ILLUSTRATING YOUR PRODUCT(S) MUST BE SUBMITTED ALONG WITH THE NEW EXHIBITOR FORM, ENABLING THE SHOW COMMITTEE TO REACH A DECISION REGARDING YOUR ELIGIBILITY. All merchandise shown must be toys, juveniles, games, hobbies, sporting goods, gifts, education, Halloween, or related items that are in production and can be offered for sale at the retail level.

A MANUFACTURER AND HIS REPRESENTATIVE MAY NOT BOTH SHOW THE SAME PRODUCT IN THE SHOW. Only qualified companies may participate as exhibitors. Exhibitors are on a seniority system, with space being assigned in accordance with the length of years in the show. New exhibitors will be placed on a first-come-first-serve basis. Booth placements will begin in December. REGISTER EARLY.

A list of sales representatives is available upon request to manufacturers who are interested in obtaining a rep to show their product at the show.
