The Exhibitor Portal below is for Vendors/Manufacturers, Showrooms, and Sales Reps wishing to purchase booth space or Showroom Packages.

Returning Exhibitors: If you are a returning exhibitor, please click on the Exhibitor Portal Log In button below using your email address and password. If you have forgotten your password or cannot find it, you may reset it after you click Log In.

Vendors/Manufacturers/Sales Reps wishing to purchase booth space in The Expo Hall please continue below.

WMCLV Showrooms: If you have a showroom at WMC and are interested in purchasing a Showroom Package, please click the Sign Up button if you are new or the Log In button if you are returning. Choose your showroom on the floorplan and move forward. The pricing is based on how many showroom packages you have agreed to or had last year.

New Exhibitors already approved: If you are a new exhibitor who has already filled out a New Exhibitor Form and have been approved for the upcoming show, please click on the Exhibitor Portal Sign Up button.

New Exhibitors who have not been pre-approved: If you have not filled out a new exhibitor form or registered to be an exhibitor for ToyFest since 2021, please fill out a New Exhibitor Form to get started and instructions will be emailed to you.
