The Exhibitor Portal is for Exhibitors & Showrooms Only.
Sales Reps, Sales Affiliates, Manufactures or Vendors wishing to walk the floor without obtaining booth space or a showroom package: Please register through the Attendee Registration link. The badge will come with entrance the Expo Hall and Showrooms, (1) ToyFest Party ticket, and the badge will be used to ride the shuttles between Resorts World and World Market Center. The fee is $50.
Vendors and Sales Reps wishing to purchase booth space or a showroom package, please continue below.
Returning Exhibitors: If you are a returning exhibitor, please click on the Exhibitor Portal button below to login using your email address and password. If you have forgotten your password or cannot find it, you may reset it after you click Login.
•Note: If you are a Manufacturer returning with a Rep group, please contact your Rep Agency to register.
New Exhibitors already approved: If you are a new exhibitor who has already filled out a New Exhibitor Form and have been approved for the upcoming show, please click on the Exhibitor Portal link and then click 'Apply to Exhibit'.
New Exhibitors who have not been pre-approved: If you have not filled out a new exhibitor form or registered to be an exhibitor for ToyFest since 2018, please fill out a New Exhibitor Form to get started and instructions will be emailed to you.
Sales Reps/WMCLV Showrooms: If you have a showroom at WMC and are interested in purchasing a Showroom Package, please click the Registration Portal below and click on Apply to Exhibit if you are new to ToyFest, or login with your email and password to purchase your package(s). Showroom Package details can be found on the Exhibitor-->Registration Info tab.
